Always walked by this place when getting off the 7 train and never ordered until today. Staff were very friendly. The food was good. Portions were huge. Will definitely come back.

The restaurants around the vicinity of the Woodside LIRR and subway station are cheap due to competition. There are several American Chinese restaurants around but this one does Pu Pu Platter. The restaurant has two doors. There were several waiting for their food. The owners can speak some Spanish. When an order is ready, the owner will ask what sauce and soda the customer wants. I came to order the Pu Pu Platter, which consists of Egg Rolls, Fried Wontons, Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Toast, BBQ Ribs, Chicken Wings, and Fried Crab Sticks. I would recommend this if one wants a quick bite.

Solid local Chinese food spot. They even have general tsos tofu, and give you fortune cookies! The delivery is quick too. I just wish they gave you noodles with the hot and sour soup - then it'd be five stars!

Yea General sour chicken, that's cooked to perfect temperature, with the add sweet texture of deliciousness that will melt in your mouth. Not every spot gets meal correct. Panda Gardens does. Give it a go mate.

I went here on a Sunday night and it was an excellent decision on my part. From the moment I called the person on the phone was very friendly and was quickly able to give the prices for meals. I walked to the restaurant a few minutes later and my food was hot and ready. The beautiful customer service continued and they even waved goodbye as I left. Unlike many other Chinese restaurants I've been to, this was a nice place to sit and eat. If it weren't for Covid I wouldn't mind eating there. The shrimp fried rice was tasty, while the fried shrimp was extremely crispy. The only thing is they gave tartar sauce packets vs the small container of tartar sauce. The cabbage in the shrimp roll aslo didn't seem fresh. Whenever I'm in the area I would definitely make a stop there.

I like Panda Garden Restaurant. When I am in the area and in the mood for some comfort Chinese food; I stop here. The food is tasty and plentiful. Panda Garden Restaurant is your typical take out joint. Standard menu. Standard prices. Now this place is a hole in the wall. Not much for style or ambiance, but when you want some tasty Americanize Chinese food, Panda Garden Restaurant does a good job. I had the pork lo mein a few times. Always tasty. Not greasy or salty. I have to admit it is one of the better pork lo mein dishes I have had with take out joints or sit down restaurant. Word. It had a ton of julienne pork. I have also had a couple of their combo dishes. You know the deal; egg roll, fried rice and protein. Tasty. Large portion. At $6 or so; great value. Staff friendly. Cash and CC. Delivery. Seating for about 12 or so customers with 5 tables. Nothing fancy....
